Refund Policy

1. Payment Terms
Payment for all sessions is required at the time of booking. By confirming your appointment and submitting payment, you agree to our no-refund policy as outlined below.


2. No Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once a booking is confirmed. This policy applies regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Missed appointments or no-shows.

  • Dissatisfaction with session content or outcomes.

  • Changes in personal circumstances.


3. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so up to 24 hours before your scheduled session at no additional cost. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time will not be accommodated.


4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the schedules of other clients. No partial refunds will be issued for missed time.


5. Cancellations by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative options. If no suitable alternative can be arranged, a full refund may be provided at our discretion.
