No problem, that's why it's good to talk things through! We can unpack situations and explore your feelings together before clarifying your intentions. (At least a 30 minute session required. Unless you just need a good vent, then 10 will do.)
It's similar in the sense of a short-term, problem solving intervention and working though emotional issues- but we're much more casual and personal and simply provide guidance. Think of us as that supportive friend you're completely comfortable and unfiltered with, knowing they don't judge you but can be too honest for your own good.
